I have an old .doc file I have burned on a cd, this word document was saved using Office 2003, it has a bunch of information that has been edited/deleted and resaved. Does anyone know a way to recover this information.
A while ago I came across an article on digg.com about doing this but I cannot seem to find it again, it's basicly email account information/passwords for a bunch of old yahoo and hotmail accounts that I had, one of the accounts which I cannot remember the password for has a bunch of contact information for old freinds. The problem is that I cannot seem to remember the damn passwords because I have made so many different ones, very random with numbers and such. I kept it all in a doc file but later deleted the passwords because I felt it was a huge security risk, then I backed up the file and completley forgot about it and now I really need to access these accounts to get some old contact info for people I have completley lost touch with and for some other work I kept in these accounts.
I have no other backups of the file. Any ideas?
