Recovering CDR files to XP

My packet-written CDs won't read in XP. What is the easiest way to recover these files so I can re-burn with the XP drivers????

I would install the Packet Writer Software you were using to burn them if it is XP compatible.

The XP UDF is written by Roxio (adaptec) and sux.
