Recovering after one exercise to start another

To boost my grades, I've signed up for 3 exercise classes this term!

I have Ultimate Frisbee at noon, which requires a lot of running. In the same day, I have Tennis IV at 3pm. Tennis IV is very competitive, but so is ultimate frisbee (because it's all guys).

It's the first week of the term so I have a while to practice the right cooldown/warmup routine between the 2 hour breaks, what would you recommend? I've got gobs of power bars from Sam's Club that I usually ate before running last term.

don't over work yourself. rest is a part of working out, and if you dont rest you dont get a full workout. Your body won't have any time to improve/heal itself if you dont give it the chance.

a few hours every other day of working out is more than enough.

I do understand overworking, but I really want ideas on how to make the most of the 2 free hours between classes, as both classes I need to put out a junkload of energy.

I wish Tennis was before Ultimate Frisbee, because I care more about doing well in that class.

EDIT: 0. stretch after ultimate and before tennis
1. stay hydrated
2. i would eat the power bar, or something else easily digestable, as early as possible before the tennis class
3. stay hydrated
