recover deleted partition

I accidentally deleted the partition on my flash drive when setting up windows on a computer that it was plugged in to.

What's the easiest way to recover the partition? It has a backup of images, etc from a computer that had the hard drive fail.

No clue for Windows but for Linux I'd check out gpart or just recreate the partition with Linux fdisk, as long as you get the start correct it'll still read fine.
