Recover data from a formatted drive?

Basically I really really messed up and formatted the wrong drive using quickformat. How can I get my data back? Any apps for this?

I have used a program called Test Disk to recover lost partitions before, so maybe it will help, but no gurantees..

Data Doctors and pay a SH!T Load..

They will get your data back though.
