It's because the actors union wants more money to have us listen to the same commercials we would here if we used the airwaves. I don't look forward to an early resolution. I get this message when trying to listen to my favorite station:

Due to continuing uncertainty over rights issues related to the streaming of radio broadcast programming over the Internet, we are currently unable to provide live audio streaming. The primary issue arises from a dispute over fees between advertisers and SAG/AFTRA, the unions representing commercial talent. You can be assured that we are working to resolve this issue and will resume our streaming as soon as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience"
