I have my phone connected to the modem and I'm wondering if there's a way to intercept (record) conversations without using any devices? if so, know where can I get the program?
the reason I ask is b/c of this thread:

the customer service rep admitted that one of the employees went against business practices by personally offerring free long distance minutes and now that company wants us to pay for those supposed "free" minutes. I want the guy to admit it once again just in case they deny the employee's wrong doings next time.
and yes I know I'll have to get their consent for the recording. anyway, back to the question...
