Recording from two audio inputs simultaneously

I am trying to record from both Line in and Microphone in at the same time. Both inputs are passed through to the speakers, but the nVidia software drivers only let me send one of the inputs to a recording program at any given time. Does anybody know how to get around this problem?

Can your record from the alternative input, "What you hear" or "Wave out Mix" ?
