First of all, let me say that I'm technically challenged. I'm wanting to buy a new Dell PC with Max power. My goal is to capture TV signal for Ball Games, edit out commercials, and burn to a DVD to share with friends. My Confusion: I don't know what Hardware/Software to get configured onto my new PC. What Specs should I go for for the new PC. I have Digital TV and Broadband Internet. I plan on getting at least 512 of Ram, maybe up to 2 Gig, and a 250 Hard Drive.
Anyone have any experience and recommendations for this? ...thanks..
