Recording a Teleconference

On occasion I host a teleconference for business associates. Two weeks ago we had one of almost two hours in length, and it had about 30 participants. There were others who wanted to dial in but couldn't do so because of scheduling conflicts.
What I would like to do is record the conference and then put a link up on my board for others to listen in at their convenience. How can this be done? What programs/equipment would I need? And can I control the quality so the end product is good?

I imagine normal telephone recording gear would work fine. I've seen a gizmo that plugs into the handset jack for the phone, and has a passthrough for the handset out the other side. It then has a jack that you can hook into a tape recorder, or I suspect, line-in on a computer sound card.

Note that you should probably announce that the telecon is being recorded. You can get yourself in trouble in some states for taping phone conversations without the other parties knowledge/permission.
