Recording a conversation on Skype ?

Five of us need to listen and watch on one computer, via Skype, to an instructor to remotely teach us about a particular subject, by showing us how to use it, on *our* screen and he would need to see our screen. The verbal and visual on both sides needs to be recorded, so that we can play it back afterwards. How do we do it please? I have installed Skype on my pc and the instructor has it on his pc as well. Is this possible please? Any help really appreciated. Chris.
