Record what is coming out of your speakers...

hey all, i was wondering if there is a program (besides the external sound recorder) that records what is coming out of your speakers.... in digital form (meaning don't suggest "puTz0r teh sp34krz up t0 the m1k3 and pr3zz reC0rd... n3wb") any ideas? thanks!

I tried them all and Super MP3 recorder works the best for me.
