I would like to be able to record audio directly to a portable hrad drive or some other device that can be downloaded directly to

Longer description:
At church we already record (cassette and video) most of the messages given. I am in the process of converting the cassettes to cd both wav and mp3 format. What I am looking for is some device that can be plugged into the main receiver that will record directly to a portable hard drive of other device that can be connected and downloaded directly to my pc. It would seem that this should not be hard to do and would increase the quality and decrease the time involved.

I believe that will do what I want. It says it will record and play back plus works as a portable hard drive.
