Recoomendation Needed: Sound Card

I want a good sound card to play MP3s. I don't want to spend several hundred dollars. I have a basic sound card, but I want somethign that has a better quality and maybe has RCA outputs. Suggestions??

You'll be hard pressed to find a card with RCA outputs....


Got $40? go get a Creative SB-Live Value. (some have digital out...older models don't)
