So I have made some pcap/wireshark logs, just goofing around/experimenting, and I am looking for an app that will reconstruct http file transfers, e.g. the html and jpeg/gif/whatever. I had seen a few tutorials suggesting that wireshark can do this, but unlike the tutorial I found, when I tried to right click an http transfer of a jpeg file (and this is the demo log), it didn't give me the option to extract/reconstruct the file.
I had found the honeysnap project and it did reconstruct some html, though not perfectly, but didn't reconstruct images. Anybody know of some good software to do this? Preferably foss?
