Reconsider The Subscriber Servers?

The forums are loading very slowly for me.
Anyone else?
Comcast cable at 3 MB, IE6 and XP. Both all patched up.

Ditto for me, but due to my little 17" monitor at home, I'd sure like to be free of those ads, and I'd be ok with a higher price than they charged last time, too. Although I will say it's nice not to have to edit my HTTP links to "forums" every darn time I link to a different thread

It may be caused by the ads loading first. I don't know if it can be or is done, but the ads load then the page.

all I know is that the subscriber server was almost instant access for me now it sucks using this regular one. You should have just kept it the same. I don't mind paying $30 a year and I am butt poor. and 100 PM's for an active trader is HORRIBLE! I am dissapointed I can no longer use my subscriber account.

Yeah sure it pisses me off too that the forums from time to time load VERY slow, but as has been said by many people and repeated by many members (it being me this time), the servers are undergoing upgrades etc and with the new version of FT round the corner due for upgrade shortly (when, who knows), I think everyone should give it a rest.

Sorry to b1tch and moan but it irritates me that people cant be grateful for what they do have.

Anyways, off to spread my bad mood elsewhere

That's funny - that thread is 4 months old and i got my response there and then, along with everyone else who posted in that thread, not to mention the many other threads asking the same question after that one.

Now why dont you go and do something useful and search for all the other threads that Zuni has posted in between now and 4 months ago answering the same question over and over again?

oldsmoboat, I feel your pain. Therefore, I think Anand should set up and maintain $50,000 in servers, just for your edification. I'm sure he would have them for us, if it made sense. Apparently, the program we were on did not make sense for him. He is a good guy, who has done much for us, most of it for free. I have no complaints, only praise for the man.

I can't wait untill we get FuseTalk professional installed. A really cool feature is that the buddy list is a collapsing panel on the left side of the screen for easy viewing.
