recommened NyQuil dosage?

What is the recommended dosage of NyQuil (it does not say on the label)
Damn cold is making me delirious.

I usually just swig it. But they do come with the cap, and i assume one cap is one dose.

NyQuil sucks now that the formula has changed. It doesn't contain a decongestant (i don't really know this, i go by the Tylenol commercial).

I never have the cap around so I just drink it out of the bottle until it coats my throat.

Dude im sick too. I took two today so far. The max is 4 does. Two pills count as one dose.
