My father's company is looking into changing their web host/domain/e-mail/MS Exchange provider, as their current host, 1&1 Internet, has given them so many problems, especially with their support, and erratic Exchange hosting. I'm wondering if anyone here knows of any excellent, recommended hosts.
They are looking to get the following:
* 10 GB+ web hosting.
* 50+ E-Mail hosted accounts, POP/IMAP.
* MS Exchange hosting, 10+ accounts.
* Service/support : Must be able to respond & resolve problems quickly (they hate 1&1 because of their (lack of?) service.)
* Uptime: Must be stable.
Another question is since they would be transferring their domain from 1&1 to the new host, how long does it typically take for the domain transfer to complete?
