Recommended Usenet Providers?

Since Time Warner has completely ditched its support for usenet, I'm looking for a reliable usenet provider. What do you folks here recommend? Cost isn't a concern.

Depends on your usage patterns...are you going to buy a block of data or an unlimited account? I use usenetserver (UNS) and I've never had issues. Back when I was looking, giga and easynews didn't have the plans I wanted or were more expensive.

I'm also seeking service since my ISP quit providing it due to 'lack of use by members'.

What about Usenet.com? I like the idea of unlimited data. 🙂

Easynews - their web-based global search engine is awesome. Plus any unused gigs rollover from month to month. They also recently increased their retention, although I think you need to pay an extra $5/month to access it.

😕

I enjoy my unlimited newshosting.com account. Speeds are always good and the retention is respectable on the plan I have. Easynews is great for their htttp search tool but you don't get nearly enough gigs for the money.

From brief research, newsguy has the best pricing for my needs. $99.99 for a year with 50gigs rollover bandwidth a month.

Unless I'm looking for very old files, giganews prices are too expensive. If anyone can find me a better price/provider than newsguy rollover, let me know. 🙂
