My setup is currently I have a Linksys WRT54G router with a wired connection going to another room. In that room there will be multiple PCs and I would like to be able to stream video from one to another. So I am thinking of putting a switch on this connection and putting all the other components on that. Is there a good 5-port gigabit switch that anyone could recommend? Let's say eventually this includes streaming HD content as well. Is gigabit even needed, or would I be ok with 100Mb?
