Recommended settings on RAM?

Cooling is a non-issue for the most part... 11 case fans.

Here are my specs:

I'm having a hard time deciding what to set my RAM setting to... voltage, etc.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester (90nm) 2200MHz

Motherboard: ASUS A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800Pro REV 2.0

Memory: 1052 MB of OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200

Video Card: BFG 6800 GT OC Nvidia Geforce

keep it to the manufacturer's recommended. You want to use the voltage, timings, and as close to the rated speed as possible.

edit: that way you can eliminate the memory from causing crashes and whatnot. The benefit of running memory in an overclocked state is pretty minimal IME.
