Anything worth doing is worth doing right. The processor heatsink and fan is one are you don't want to cut corners on. The better the heatsink is [typically] the more it will cost you. After I install my 948U and 92mm fan, I'll be testing it to see how much better over stock it really is. All indications that I've read are that it's a lot better. More than enough to justify the cost of it and the fan (getting a good fan is critical for processor cooling, unless you go the liquid route).
