What HSF do you guys reccomend for me?
I guess Im gonna bite the bullet and not watercool, but go air ;(.
However, I need something that will cool good and be quiet. Delta 7ks are NOT an option. However, Panflo L1As or H1As on a shroud are an option.
I have a tbird 1 GHz @ 1.43 GHz on a stock AMD HSF at 1.80 V, full load 43C. I want to be able to go up to 2.1 V and as many MHz as possible, while keeping my temp under 55C or so. What HSF would be fairly quiet and could handle the wattage I am going to put out? I can always order a seperate FAN and shroud. I would like to keep this around $50, but I would go as high as $80 or so if it will make a difference in noise levels.
Will the swifttec fit on my epox 8k7a? Or will there be a better HSF?
