Recommended DV card?

I'm planning on spending the rest of my VA dollars on a PCI firewire port card for my computer, and there seems to be a lot of variance in price-- the Pyro one is around $85, then there are similar ones like Studio DV for around $125. There were a few others too, western digital apparently makes one. Is there much of a difference between any of these? I need one that supports Windows 2000, and without much hassle. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The main difference is the software bundle. Any firewire card can import DV video, but if you have no editing software, all it will do is sit on your computer and take up space. The highend cards do realtime transitions/effects/etc and will empty your wallet in a hurry.
