I would like to re-burn all my CD's (yeah, I still buy CD's) into a new format since my new MP3 player should be coming soon. It is an Archos Gmini 402 (20 GB), which I think can only reproduce MP3 and WMA, and I would like your reccomendations on what program(s) to use and what format to use.

How many CD's are we talking about NM130?
 
I personally see no advantage to WMA over MP3. Any device that plays WMAs will play MP3s, but NOT viceversa.
