Recommended BIOS settings?

I am looking for any information about details on BIOS configuration for ASUS motherboards. Specifically, I have a P5K-E WiFi/AP, but any document, website, forum post which describes recommended settings for the BIOS would be helpful. Thanks for your feedback!
