Recommended bios settings for the Asus A7V266-E?

I just got my new rig. Mobo is the Asus A7V266-E, current bios: 1004B. What are the best (fastest) bios settings for this mobo?

Put the ram timings low and the fsb high, pretty simple. If you don't understand what the options mean, then don't touch them....you shouldn't be in a bios if you don't know what you're doing.
