Recommended AMD 785G motherboard for HTPC and undervolting?

Hello,

I'm setting up a HTPC based on an AMD Athlon X2 240 and an AMD 785G motherboard.

Would really like some recommendations for a good motherboard that allows undervolting the RAM and the CPU.

I've been looking at Asus M4A785G HTPC.
Would this be a good mobo?

Any RAM recommendations?
