A friend of mine wanted to apply for an MS, he already has an MS and is unable to contact/approach a number of his MS professors for recommendations. (actually he has applied to 6-8 universities, and he has managed to get one MS professor to give him a few recommendations, the guy was not willing to give more than 3)
Can my friend use his BS professors for references, how do school's view recommendations from BS professors, since he his again applying for a second MS?
