recommendations on OC'ing RAM on a 680i board

Currently have the setting to MAXCPUOC which gives 5-4-4-15 timings @ 2T on 2.0V
FSB is set to 1066 (266x4) and CPU multiplier @ 13 = 3.46GHz

what (if any) performance difference would I expect to see if I changed timing to 400Mhz FSB? i.e. 400x8 for a 3.2Ghz setup?
