Recommendations on case fan?

I'm looking to pick up an extra 120mm fan to use as intake on the front of my case (Cooler Master Elite 310). It comes with one 120mm exhaust on the back. I really could give a hoot about LED, I just want something that will cool well. Noise and price are secondary concerns. I'd prefer w/out LED but if the best possible combination of quality and price comes with one then so be it.

I'd like to pick it up and not have to order it so I'm looking more at Micro Center's selection.

They've listed these two Cooler Masters on sale, are they any good?

If they're not, what would you recommend?

Neither one includes a spec for CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute), so basically you'd be choosing based on looks, not performance.

How many CFM do you need?

Hint: How many CFM is your existing exhaust fan?

The first one says airflow = 90 CFM. I found a couple customer reviews on NewEgg that state the package actually says its rated 69.69cfm. The second fan appears to be rated 42.73 CFM.

The only detailed info I can find on the exhaust fan (came with the case) is: Rear: 120 x 25mm fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 17 dBA (pre-install)

Would the Scythe Kama PWM 120mm Fan (Scythe DFS122512L-PWM) be a better option?

I'll spend $5 more if it's a better fan. I don't know much about "PWM" or how the motherboard controls the fan. How do I know if my motherboard supports that? I'm probably going to be picking up the Asus P7P55D this weekend.

$28!?! What's so special about the fan that it costs 3-5 times other fans?
