Recommendations on a webhosting program?

If you're running windows I found that apache was a pain in the ass to setup compared to other things that are all graphical. Easiest is Personal Web Server. If you have NT get IIS (internet information services). That will do the job, there is a nother nice one I used to use but can't remember the name...
