Recommendations on a Socket 478 CPU fan?

The Intel Cpu fan that came with my p4 has gotten loud lately, and I want to replace it. I've been told that I cannot do better noise wise that another stock intel fan..... I want a second (and third and fourth..) opinion.
Anyone have any ideas?
