Recommendations on a good,cheap (with service plan) gaming cellphone

So like the title says, I'm looking for a good gaming cellphone that I could get for free (or atleast close to free) with a service plan.

I'm in the market for a cellphone... so I just want a cellphone that has decent games on it. Last time I checked, I can't make calls with a GBA or PSP

Sorry. I've never actually seen someone ASK for a gaming cell phone. Must be losing the game of life.
