Recommendations on 2x1GB kit of quality ram

Hi I'm currenlty running my Mushkin Redline XP3500@ 245(2-2-5-2) with my system. I'd like to go 2x1gb so I need some recommendations on some quality ram that it can provide similar performance to my BH5 ones.

I want quality ram but of course I do care for the price/perf ratio..

Thanks

Buy different Mushkin sticks. I have the Xp4000 which give me 520Mhz (not the redline series). I have 2x1GB kit.

OCZ also very good.

With what timings may I ask you can hit 520MHz? And what is their price do you know?

There is a $30 rebate on the memory I got http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146397

making the 2GB kit $199 after rebate

I run 3-4-3-7 on a DFI Lanparty UT SLI-D 280Mhz FSb with a 3000+ running 2.52

Thus my memory is only running 504Mhz I was using the same timings on my P4 system which I replaced with the parts listed above. Ran 260fsb 1:1 3-4-3-7

I've also tried lower memory speeds (DDR466) and ran 2.5-2-3-7
