Recommendations on 19" TFTs?

I want it for video editing, gaming and photo edition. I have seen the Dell FP1905 but the response time of 20ms seems too high. What can you say about it? it seems to be a great monitor

Horrible panel!

Your best all around panel will be a Viewsonic VP930b or a Samsung 193P. Both expensive. Viewsonic will be cheaper. I use a VP191b (older generation of a VP930b, and it's not out of date so to speak just 800:1 contrast vs 1000:1 contrast), and it ROCKSssssssssss. I've tried TN Panels too for gaming, and while they're fast and good for gaming, they suck at colors and all other things.
 
Ok, I just shaw the Belinea 101920 with the same panel the Viewsonic VP930b has and with a maginificient price! Also had a look at some reviews and it's just as good as the Viewsonic and Samsung 970, superb!
