I'm considering selling my monitor and am thinking about going the LCD route. I'd want the absolute best and largest LCD that you can buy for $1500 or less.
I don't live near anywhere I can actually go and see one of these on display, so any suggestions based on experience would be great. I'm very concerned with ghosting, so a good pixel refresh is a must, and it also MUST be 1280x1024 or higher resolution. I'm currently using a 22" Mitsubishi 2020u, so if I get an 18.1" LCD, it'll have to be worth losing the extra 2" of view space the CRT gets me.
