Recommendations FORTRAN reference

I have to do some work FORTRAN. I know the basics, but don't know all the advanced topics.

The electronic help that came with visual FORTRAN is so-so at best.

I'm overwhelmed by the number references on the web and in bookstores. Do any of you have recommendations for a good reference (website or book)?

You may have better luck with this in the Software forum. By thy way, there are several versions of FORTRAN. Do you know which one you're going to be using?
