Recommendations for wireless setup?

I just compiled kernel support into my laptop to work with the 3Com 3CRWE62092A Wireless LAN PC Card I picked up for $79. It's supposed to be a pretty good card, and I mainly got it for use at my University, which enables wireless in our libraries...however, I've been thinking about switching Cable and moving to DSL in the near future, due to tons of problems with AT&T, and am trying to figure out a good (but inexpensive) setup. I will have one PC and one laptop on the connection, and am thinking of one of these three routers.

What card should I get for my PC? I'm pretty new to this, so any recommendations are great...the router (if I go with DSL) will be in the kitchen, ~30-40 feet away from the PC and Laptop, but no more.

I hope to be able to use this in a house in the future, but nothing really extensive in terms of distance, etc.

My 2¢:

I went with the SMC, mostly because of practicallynetworked recommendations. It's been great. I've also used the SMC2632 cards with nary a hitch, but the main betting seems to be on the Orinoco cards.

Good luck.

SMC Barricade Wireless Router.
ORiNOCO Gold or Silver PCMCIA adapters for laptops and USB adapters for desktops.

Simple as that.
