Do you have any recommendation on a wireless access point with 4 Ethernet ports to extend my wireless network? The second half of my house has a very weak signal but I do have a single cat 6 cable running to that area from my main Verizon Fios router. I would like to plug it into this new device, use the same SSID and have a stronger signal for that part of the house. I need the ports to plug in wired devices that are now there (receiver, PS3, etc.). Any recommendations for something that is reliable and not too expensive? Don't need to tweak it, just want a strong signal for basic connectivity.

$25 for an AP that is flashable to DD-WRT, too.

Thanks Smitbret. I ended up paying about $100 more for the Asus RT-N66U.

I read great things about it's range, and Newegg had a deal that had it come with a wireless extender as well.

I figured the N66U will give me crazy coverage from what I've read, and I can still stick the wireless extender in my garage to cover the outside if needed. Hopefully the premium was worth it...
