recommendations for websites teaching dreamweaver, photoshop, and fireworks...thanks!

Any good recommendations for websistes that teach you how to use dreamweaver, photoshop, and possibly fireworks? yes, i understand i can search google, but i figured why sort through the bad ones if you guys have some good recommendations already. also, what is the going rate for hiring someone to create a website for me (knowledge of basic programming to create forums etc necessary).

A quick search at webmonkey showed they cover those.

As for a going rate... you're talking about dynamic web languages + database skill.. somewhere in the range of $35/hr.+
