I am looking to upgrade the video card in my machine from a Geforce MX 200, 32mb to a card with 64mb. My son plays a lot of games and is interested in getting something better for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Medal...of...Honor...yummmm! That's my favorite game by far! I would say if your son is going to be playing games of that caliber for a while you might want to at least look at a Geforce3 Ti 200. Right now I think you can find a new one at newegg for around $140 but maybe in a month the price will drop even more! Or you could look in the for sale forums to see if there are any for sale. Good luck!

Geforce2 GTS-V for $50 bucks has the best price/performance ratio and can be bought at Newegg.com . The Radeon 7500VE is also a good choice. It has more features for only $30 more. I think the following review sums up the current range of cards under $100 nicely.

Sorry I just reread your post, the Geforce2 GTS-V only has 32mb of ram. A card with 64mb of ram, I'd say the Radeon 7500oem($80+) or a Geforce2 TI. There are a lot of Ti cards to choose from. I agree with the above post, the Gainward Geforce2 Ti from newegg.com is a good choice.

The Geforce2 TI is better for raw gaming power, the 7500 will give you better 2d and better DVD playback quality and its gaming power is only marginally less.
