Recommendations for TV stands?

I have a 42" plasma along with a lot of video game consoles, etc and right now it's a mess. I want to get a nice good stand with different layers so I can keep things tidy.

Also this stand/TV will go into a corner of the room.

Does anyone have a decent stand that can hold a 42" (and possibly an upgrade to 46") that fits well in a corner and can keep everything somewhat tidy looking?

I'm willing to drop up to $200ish on it.
