Could someone on these forums recommend a good, ergonomic tablet PC ?
Preferably one you have personal experience with ?

I am in CS grad school and looking for a good tablet for work, home, and carrying between work and home. Cost is not a major consideration since my department will pay for it, but of course we want to stretch our dollars.

Must haves are:
Webcam (1.3 MP)
Fingerprint reader
Good ergonomics (esp keyboard, track pad and scrolling on the track pad)
Good battery life
Good support from vendor
Don't need bleeding-edge performance or games, just good performance on regular apps like firefox, office and ssh.

I looked at the HP Turion 64 X2 dual-core based tablets and they seem good value for $. I'm worried about the performance of these though... Also, what is the difference between the TX2000Z v/s TX1000Z, other than CPU speed (2.4 GHz v/s 2.2 GHz and lower ?)
