I am involved in setting up a small business and I was hoping someone could give me some recommendations for setups for VoIP phone system.

My basic needs are as follows:
Calling as cheap as possible for both Domestic and International Calls
Ability to Conference Call
Ability to Use a Cordless Phone
Land Line #

I was thinking about signing up for SkypeOut and SkypeIN Service. Basic fees look pretty cheap with free domestic calling for the time being, 5cents a minute international calls, and $40 annual phone number charge for a Land Line #. I haven't really looked at other VoIP people, because this seems cheap enough for me.

The bigger issue I have is I don't really understand the best way to setup the hardware for calling.

I know polycom makes a pretty nice USB speakerphone (http://www.polycom.com/products_services/1,1443,pw-34-14992,00.html#), but it doesn't allow you to dial from the actual unit. I would prefer to have the ability to dial from the speakerphone.

In regards to the cordless phone, is it better to go with a USB VoIP phone like this one (http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellit...ame=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper) or should I get a connector and use a traditional phone?

Bottomline: What is the best route to go for setting up a VoIP for a Small Business?

Truthfully I'd look into standard phone line service via a local carrier and then just get an InterTel phone system w/ an IPC card w/ support for Voip phones, this is basicly your standard office phone and w/ the voip phones its just like your at your desk when its connected. Typicaly you can get cheaper rates for standard land lines than for straight voip plus its more reliable, the hardward just costs a bit unless you find deals on Ebay or used equipment.
