Recommendations for printers with old drivers

We have a big expensive Xerox Work Center Pro. It works fine with Windows XP our main OS, but we're moving users to Win7 as we upgrade. The Our particular Xerox printer doesn't have updated custom drivers AFAIK. I can print with the basic driver Windows finds, but I can't get to the advanced options (duplexing, color, secure print). There is a Generic Global driver for Win7, and I can get to the advance settings panel, but still lacking most features like color and secure print.

Any recommendations on how to deal with this? I might have to downgrade this perfectly good Win7 PC to XP if I can't find a decent solution.

You are going to have to use what you have been using for a bit longer. Xerox knows about the missing features and says it should have proper drivers out sometime between Aug -OCT 2010. Probably not what you wanted to hear
