have a dell inspiron 530 computer and want to put it in my new antec case, I can reuse all of the parts except the power supply and motherboard.

need good recommendations for a good power supply and motherboard for it.

specs so far:

Q6600 processor
4gb DDR2 800mhz memory (2x2gb sticks)
8600gt video card 512
SATA DVD+-rw drive
320GB Seagate SATA hard drive

antec case I bought is nine hundred series
