I want to spend no more than $90. Looking for recommendations on the best Socket A motherboard to get. Any thoughts?
 
You need to post a lot more information regarding what you want to use the system for and what you want to put in the system. Your question is like asking, "I want a new car, what should I get?"

For a socket A motherboard, I'd think you could have your pick of most boards out there these days for $90 as socket A is getting old.
