Recommendations for low-latency DDR2-800 / DDR2-1067?

Looking for 2x1GB pair of DDR2 either 800 or 1067 that is going to be reliable for a socket-775 Core2Duo build. Not sure what board yet but likely the new MSI that Anandtech reviewed this month since the review seems to show a stable, well-featured board at a good price.
