Recommendations for good anti-trojan software

Anybody have any recommendations for a good anti-trojan/spyware program? I was considering buying Pest Patrol, but I see there's alot of different things out there....
 
Try Swatit! It's free as long as you don't update it more than once a month. It's also slow but it works great.
 
The Cleaner is an active trojan monitor and scanner. I've never had one so I don't know how well the realtime monitoring works tho.

Outside of scanning which the cleaner is the best at, Kerio Personal Firewall 4.0 (free) watches for applications that start up and/or are started up by other processes etc. (depending on your pref settings/rules). Its the most comprehensive firewall protection out there.
